The house was currently outfitted with aluminum siding, old 3-tab shingles, old vinyl windows, and some brick exterior. Porter Family Exteriors installed James Hardie Pearl Grey Cedarmill siding, Provia Endura windows, GAF shingles, and Evolution Devonshire ledge stone.
When we took off the old siding, we noticed underneath was an all-black fiberboard called Celotex. So our team replaced the sheathing with new plywood to replace the old flaking fiberboard.
