When we first met with these homeowners in Media, PA, they expressed their frustration with two main issues. Firstly, the improperly installed stucco was causing water infiltration, which had led to severe structural damage. Secondly, the older wood windows lacked proper flashing techniques, allowing water to penetrate and further compromise the structure. Additionally, the outdated appearance of the home called for a modern refresh while ensuring its safety.

After careful consideration, we proposed new Pella windows to complement the stunning James Hardie siding with stone accents across the front. This was a large-scale project, so we worked with our trusted partners at Pella to ensure accurate measurements and precise ordering.

Comprehensive Services for a Complete Home Exterior Transformation
To address the water damage, we removed the stucco and discovered extensive damaged sheathing and framing. We took the necessary steps to repair and restore these areas before proceeding with the exterior enhancements. Our team performed meticulous stucco remediation, replacing it with the durable James Hardie siding in Night Gray with board and batten accents. We added a touch of elegance with Old World Stone Veneer in Castle Bay for the knee wall, center door accent, and chimney.
To further enhance the aesthetic appeal, we installed a black metal standing seam metal roof with GAF Charcoal HDZ shingles. In addition, we extended the front overhangs by 1 foot, providing a charming cottage-style look.
We added the perfect finishing touches with Pella Lifestyle black-on-black windows throughout the house, along with two new Reeb entry doors. To ensure functionality and protection, we installed black 6-inch gutters and downspouts. Lastly, we included wooden corbels in the front and side portico to add a little extra character.
